You are to be commended for trying to work this out. I'd help if I could, but I have never dabbled with the CZ-1 sysex commands. I have had the CZ-1 sysex manual for decades, and just checked a few things with the documentation at the synthzone link you posted. It seems that there is no note explaining the PAGE [PAGE SELECT]command. I don't know if that info would help you, but I scanned the pages in and posted them in FILES. BTW: Whoever did the CZ-1 SYSEX table seems to have done a nice job, perhaps they can add this info. You may notice that the PAGE SELECT command is supposed to simulate the PAGE UP/PAGE DOWN keys of the CZ-1.
