You're most welcome to join the FM list, as is everyone here. I had 
read that mathematically phase distortion is a "special case" of 
FM...and I'm beginning to understand how this is. Interesting to read 
your views on it. Please feel free to post these thoughts at the FM 
list. 
It would be great to hear your comments on the TX81Z and FS1r. You'll 
find Tim C will be very interested in the TX81Z and Chris C seems to 
be fairly knowledgeable on the technical aspects of FM.
