You want to do sysex [system exclusive] data dumps. You cannot initiate 
these from the CZ, you must use software. Do you have a sequencer that 
can initiate sysex dumps? I think midi-ox might be able to send sysex 
requests for data and then receive the sysex data replies.

Take a look in Files --> CZ Docs for the CZ MIDI Specifications guide.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
