FYI. The CZ-101 file has 1 measure of silence followed by sysex data [264 bytes]/chords repeated 32 times. The data goes into the temporary sound area. The 20 says "Its patch data for you [Mr. CZ] to put into memory. . . ." The 60 says "and its supposed to go into the temporary sound area."
