Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

I don't think that I have an editor for the PC but another way
is to use the Atari VZ-Editor with the Atari-Emulator STEEM (that
supports the MIDI-interface).

I haven't tried it yet but maybe it works...
