Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

I love making patches on my 101 but I am always running out of room.

So I tried to get one but no-luck! So I found those notorious schematics for a replacement (also the original RA-3 schematic found here) i'm still trying the circuit out but its not so handy balancing the stripboard on the connector every time I need to plug it in.

So I'm going to do a proper etched version of it but I cant find a decent case for the cartridge or know exactly how the case worked.

My day job is mouldmaking so I can really easily duplicate PU versions of most injection moldings ie the CZ cartrige! hopefully its a classic 80's hollow case with screws and moulded pillar posts? 

also looking into getting the CZ to charge a 3v NMIH battery everytime its plugged in!

So I was wondering if anyone in the UK or even better in London could lend me their cartridge for a few weeks - in return I can make you a copy of it? also I could leave a deposit of about £40? if worried
