Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

Hi everyone, I'm looking to replace a half dead screen on my VZ-10M, [not a backlight, the whole screen} It started with what looked like a small rainbow at the bottom of the screen one day with the lcd below it missing; now it's spreading north and half the screen is missing making it almost undreadable. 

My question is either, [a] where can I get a replacement, [b] is it possible to use a screen from an FZ-1 sampler direct, or [c] would anyone like to sell me one if they have a spare :D
