Re: [CZsynth] Re: New To Group: Seeking XW-P1 Cakewalk INS File

Thanks for the input Steve.

To my understanding, all of the documentation required to create a working INS file for the XW-P1 is available here.

http://support.casio.com/manualfile.php?rgn=1&cid=008013001

If you or someone else would be willing to start me off with a template, I'd forever be in your debt.

I wouldn't mind having to spend a weekend or two cutting, pasting and formatting entries if necessary, but am daunted by trying to figure out the proper layout for a basic INS template and figuring out what exactly goes where in the file.

Frankly it's been decades since I've last written any code and that was simply an intro to Pascal course in college.

My hacking skills are very rusty indeed and to be honest I'd much rather be making music than geeking code these days.

Honestly that's why I was hoping someone else has already undertaken this project.

Thanks for listening,

Gary
