Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

hello there - im looking for any pdf / books about the FZ-1 (or any of the FZ series)

after a reasonable scour of the internet - the only 2 existing books ive discovered are :
Casio Fz-1 & Fz-10M: Digital Sampling Synthesizer (The Essential Guide to Practical Applications) by Joe Scacciaferro and Steve De Furia (Jan 1988)

and
Sampler set-ups: Casio FZ-1 & FZ-10M : a quick step-by-step reference to operating your digital sampling synthesizer by Terry Fryer (1988)

there do appear to be real copies of the first one available on amazon
for an eye watering minimum of $99.00............
but so far no luck on a pdf of either

cosmo offers a pdf for sale of the first book for 6 euros on his website here :

which id happily buy - but unfortunately he hasnt responded to my email

so my question is does anyone have or know how to get pdfs of either of those books ?
or know of any other books ?
and/or also does anyone know how to contact cosmo ?
