Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

More precisely I wanted to say (in the case of CZ5000, 1000, 230S): of  
course velocity is transmitted and received, because it's part of Note  
On (and Note Off) message, but probably the same way as CZ3000 and 101.
