You could also connect the cz via midi to a computer sequencer or another known working midi keyboard. If the non working keys on the cz still don't produce sound, it's an internal electronic/ chip issue. If they do work, then it's the keys/ triggers themselves or the connection to the circuit that's at fault. Worth doing this just to identify which area the problem lies.
