OK... this is weird. After an hour of fiddling with it, it suddenly started responding to the mod wheel range control. Now it just works - no bizarre high or low note. Anyone know what may have caused this though? I'm still curious... and sort of waiting for the problem to return. On a side note, for those interested, a jumbo sized paper clip makes a perfect replacement (once bent into an M shape) for the positive battery terminal (mine, like many was corroded from battery acid). best, DT --- In CZsynth@yahoogroups.com, "scituate_mass" <sneakyflute@...> wrote: > > Hi everyone, > > I just resurrected a 101, Seems like it is working OK, but my mod wheel is behaving oddly. I get good behavior right to the extremes, and then it suddenly either jumps to an extremely high pitch when turning high or an extremely low pitch when turning low (I'm assuming, since it goes silent). > > Is there some calibration for this?
