Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

I agree with Lee--rule out the sequencer first.  Check to see if some patch change data was recorded. And while your at it, make sure is on the correct channels. I am not familiar with your sequencer, but I assume there's some way you can examine the data. Also, make sure the sequencer has recorded your initial patch settings on each channel and subsequent changes as well.
