Also, if you can't do it using Logic, you could use Midi-Ox. See https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/CZsynth/files/Using%20Midi-Ox%20with%20Your%20Casio%20CZ/ . (If the link doesn't work, navigate to Files> Using Midi-Ox With Your Casio CZ.)

And if anyone tries to tell you (1) it won't work, (2) you need two instances of Midi-Ox, and/or (3) the CZ can't handle sysex from today's computers, I will dig out the links to a verbal bloodbath that occurred a few months ago. Better yet, just give it a try for yourself.

Once you get Midi-Ox setup (if that's what you want to use), the mio-CZ_Patch_Dump_Request and mio-CZ_Patch_Send_Request pix will be relevant to your storing patches in your DAW (again, assuming it can handle midi). Note: After you receive a patch (sysex dump), you need to tweak it slightly. The pix should show you what to change. Basically, you need to (1) change the Dump Request command byte to a Send Request command byte and (2) add the destination. In the screen shots from Midi-Ox, you can see that I used the Sound Area.

Hope this helps.
