You could try using Midi Ox (www.midiox.com) to capture the data from a manual Sysex Dump and then save the file as a Sysex. On the VZ8 which I have you can transmit the Sysex for Individual Voices but most people save Banks. Midi Quest, the Editor Librarian that I use, can save files in Sysex Format and there may be a way to do this in Sound Diver, alternatively it's very likely that the .lib is just Sysex with a few extra bytes appended so they could be edited out. I also have a copy of a freeware VZ Editor somewhere and it may be possible to use this as a common tool to share files amongst interested parties. It might be an idea to have an 'owner' who collects the sounds from various individuals and creates a bank or banks that can then be distributed, details of the creator could be distributed as a readme.
