Yup, tried all the above and it's still frozen. Everything was working fine and it just froze one day. Since, replace battery, PSU caps, voltages okay, etc. I wonder if there was a spike and those old caps didn't react properly, due to age. I wonder what might go out next after PSU?

Are you sure no cable or connector inside was not disconnected, not perfectly connected or misconnected?
Are you sure you perform System Initialize according to Service Manual?
