cz 230s midi modes help.......

hi all Can anyone help me here?, I recently downloaded the cz230s manual in a .max format and it seems that it was corrupt, only 15 of 40 odd pages available. I was hoping to find out how to switch between midi mono modes on the 230s. could anyone repost a copy of the manual or help out with the midi info please cheerio 4 now
