How do I start a bulk dump from a CZ-101, and how do I receive one?

there are several programs that can do that. But I assume you want to hack
it yourself? I just uploaded the CZSYSEX.ZIP to our file section. The file
consists of several gif's, scans of the Casio Guide Book for Midi, which I
got fromCasio back in 1985. There is all you need to know.
