CZ-230S for sale
2003-05-14 by Darrell Fulwilder
Hey all: I hate to do this, but this is one of those "times are hard" emails. :-( Gotta part with my CZ, as much as I don't want to, but I've been out of work for the last 3 months (God bless the economy), plus my girl's out for a month due to a recent surgery, so I gotta get some cash to pay bills. The CZ sits in the corner unused. I got it for nostalgia purposes; this was the first set of keys I had qt 12, though I ultimately went the guitar route, etc. It was pretty much an impulse buy. I'm boring you with details now, so I digress. :-) The low down: All keys work and buttons work, with the exception of 2 below the LCD, which require a tad more effort. Sounds like it could just be a dirty/worn contact on the board, but I'm not an expert when it comes to that. I don't have a power supply for it; the guy who I bought it from gave me batteries with it initially, and I ended up using a universal power supply to power it via electric. I also have a photocopy of the manual that I got from the Casio folks themselves, and can supply that to the next owner of this fine machine. I'm asking $125 OBO, plus cost of S/H. It will be professionally packed via Mail Boxes Etc. and shipped via FedEx ground, and I can get quotes previous to ship (I would say ballpark for both, about $40-50) I'll take offers through the weekend, and take the best one, otherwise, plan B is eBay! Please respond to me personally at this address, no need to inundate the list with replies and inquiries. Thanks! -- Darrell Fulwilder dfulwilder@...
