CZ-101 midi hook-up tips?

Hi I just got two new synths(I am kinda new to them but trying to learn)1 is the CZ-101 and the other is an Ensoniq SQ-80. I am wondering due to the lack of midi thru on the CZ-101, what is the best way to hook both of them together and to my PC (win 2k, running MidiQuest 8 and Cubase SX)? I have the soundcard joystick adapter. Was thinking soundcard midi out to SQ-80 midi in, SQ-80 midi thru to the midi in on the CZ-101, SQ-80 midi out to the midi in on my soundcard. Is this the best way to work with the CZ in my midi setup? Will it allow me to control and record midi from the CZ using the SQ? Anyway, thanks in advance for any help. Nappy
