Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

I have been letting my friend use my cz1000 in his band for a while 
(he only uses the electric organ preset) until last night when I was 
messing around with it, pushing random buttons, and I realized that 
it is the best keyboard I have. I can't figure out how to adjust and 
save internal settings, and as I have no manual, I am trying to get 
whatever help I can to get me started with this synth. Sorry if this 
is too simple or stupid for all of you, but I have no idea where to 
start. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
