Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

Hey folks,

Does anyone know of any possible resorce where I could find a RAM 
cartridge for my CZ101? I know this is probably asking the impossible 
but I figured who better to ask than Casio synth users.

What's the difference between the two type of RAM-cartridges: RA-3 & RA-6?
