saving CZ-3000 / CZ-101 patches - possibly a very stupid newbie question

Hello

I own a cz101 and a cz3000 and I love them very dearly. I am getting
to really understand the 3000 and producing some wonderful sounds
which I don't want to lose.

Is it possible to dump these from the synth to my PC using MidiQuest
or other software? I understand the process for sending patches from
PC to synth but I can't seem to find a description of how to do it the
other way round.

Is it going to be a case of manually entering all of the parameters in
MidiQuest to replicate what is on the synth? I recall using CZedit
with my old soundcard and the 101 but can't remember if that bit of
software could receive patches from the synth.

Sorry if this is an ignorant question, but I have searched high and
low and can't find the answer.

thanks in advance, proud casio users!
