plastic sounding leads

hi i am trying to program leads like the ones used by "Justice" the best adjective i can come up with is plasticy however i haven't had much success, does anyone have any idea which waveforms i should use and how i could get this effect (possilby a gliding fast waveform or pitch envelope) any ideas would be really appreciated thanks

Well, unfortunately the soundquality of the Youtube stuff is rather bad, but I got the slight impression that this could be an e-bass sent thru a modulated higpass filter...
