internal batterys??

trying to find what kind it is.. is it a bitch to change them?? hate when they are  glued to the motherboard..

If you're talking about the cz101 or 1000, those just use regular batteries.  Pop open the panel on the bottom and change those.  I think there's supposed to be a capacitor in there that keeps your memory for a short time while you change those out; but I'd back up your patches first.  Maybe yhey'll keep if you have it plugged in too.

Howdy,
 
 Yes, leaving the AC adapter plugged in while changing batteries will retain the sounds, (at least it does in my 101s). Don't forget to change the APO switch into a "bank select" so you can access the other 16 sounds that the carteidge will hold.
