Re: [CZsynth] Digest Number 136

My 1st CZ101 came with a 9v 1A(1000mA) supply. When I did a pwr supply inquiry for my second 101, the consensus was that it really needed the 1A to function properly. This makes sense to me because I tried 500, 850, and 1300 mA adapters and after a few minutes they all either resulted in a stuck note or the 101 powering down. Now it's interesting that someone here is using an 850mA adapter with no problems. The 850mA adapter I used was for a Sega Genesis machine. I got it new from a game store. Is it possible that not all 9v 850mA adapters are the same? I know the polarity was right... I still need the "right" adapter for my 101... Good luck with your 230. Hope some of this yammering helps.
