Sometimes its hard to tell--if someone joins and then sends stuff like this within 24 hours of joining, I would take that as someone to ban. I agree with the list owner that when someone has been a member for years and then sends stuff like this, its probably best to moderate their posts in case their mail has been hacked. Gives legit members time to figure out what's going on. This person seems to have joined 3 weeks ago--so its hard to tell. Anyhow, I think the list owner does a pretty good job of being on top of things. Besides, its usually a thankless job that someone does because they are dedicated.
