If your CZ is acting flaky, it couldn't hurt to try the "P" button.
On the bottom of the CZ there is a hole with the letter P next to it.
Stick something in the hole (a straightened out paper clip works) to
press the "P" button.
This reloads the factory patches.  I suspect that it might reset other
stuff too.
I can't remember whether the CZ needs to be on or off when you do this.
I don't remember anyone giving any big warnings about using the "P"
button at the wrong time though.
