CZ1000 For sale on Ebay (not mine)
If I'd put my CZ-101 to sale?

Hi I'm having this Nice CZ-101 with starter kit (copy of manuals, + patch diskette) here /jyvaskyla, Finland, Europe). I might put it on the sale but how much should I ask about it? I got offer of 100 Euros, but IMHO that's too low for 100% working unit. I know these are not too widely available on Europe and postages are not cheap whem orderign from USA (I did that, when I purchased this one from Ebay). Joanna

I've bought my CZ for cca 100 euros 3-4 years ago (well, o euros that time ;) Manuals incl.

If it's any help, that's about what i paid for mine, with manuals etc, but that was a year or 2 ago now, so maybe prices could be a little higher. Certainly you don't see them come up on ebay v. often. Andrew

I have a lot of experience in buying and selling gear. Bottom line: (a) Be prepared to take a loss when you sell gear. In some cases, you'll make a profit, but it's best to write off the money you spent. Most units do go down in price, so it's best to not get dissapointed. (b) if you don't feel comfortable selling it for the bid amount, don't. Keep it and you might find a use for it. I keep my Pentium II 333 MHz computer, and guess what, it served me well during my trip to Europe (it's not too heavy and is compact). (c) 100 Euros aint' too bad for your package. cheers Maxim
