yes, it seems every evolver got the same delay feedback. i am not a 
feedback specialist but maybee there is a general difference between 
a normal delay and the evolver delay architecture.. maybee someone 
should ask dave smith about this. i am sure he will answer.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
