hi and thanks for your reply. Yes you are probably right, a stand alone delay unit would do the job better. And yesI did buy a synth and not a delay unit, but it was a synth that was sold partly on the quality of the feedback that it could create thats why I was wondering why the feedback from the delay fizzes out if pushed.
