Well, I ended p calling DSI and talked to Dave. He went through some steps like making sure the MIDI clock was set correctly, as well as some other parameters. It did not seem to work. Then I lost Bank 3 as wel! So he is sending me a new board, and I'm sending mine back when I get. Great support, got to say. He was patient and polite, and when he exhausteed his possible solutions to the problem, he immedietly suggested sending a new board overnight. Awesome! I did get the banks to return twice, horribly distorted, even with the volume runed down, but I unplugged and replugged the unit and the banks disappeared again. Thanks for the suggestions though!!
