Oh well, your loss.....

Though I do agree that it's not quite as easy to program as I'd like either,
I think you definately get out what you put in, and if you make the time to
adapt to it's idiosyncracies, you can come up with some great sounds.... the
demo mp3s put out by various list members are testament to that.

I'm not sure how busy you are, but if you put aside a week of spare time to
play with the evolver, and *just* concentrate on the evolver, it could be
really worth it! I mean you've already invested $500, so how about you
invest a little time too.

But *damn* I wish it had a 16x2 or 20x2 LCD.... I would have gladly paid the
extra $30-50 or so it would have cost on the final price, just to have a
slightly less terse description of what I was editing, and to have patch
names.
