Maybe you guys just need to tune your filters? I'm not sure if that's 
actually the problem since my arcane setup would make it way too much 
of a hassle to test, but IIRC you can tune the filter by pressing the 
row buttons 4+7 simultaneously. If it's not that, I'm fairly certain 
either 1+5 or 4+8 should do it.
