Sorry that didn't work for you, Simon.  I've done it several times 
with v1.6, and it works for me.  I'm not sure what we could be doing 
differently.  

If you haven't already done so, I'd highly recommend that you drop 
Dave an email regarding the matter.  I'm sure he'd be interested to 
hear about it, and he may be able to provide an update or workaround 
that addresses your concerns.
