Sorry, but I don't have a Mac, so I can't help you there. Can I assume that you've already read the previous posts here, and the topics at EX5Tech regarding 1) eliminating (powering off) other gear in your rig that could be spamming your Evolver with extranneous MIDI data, and 2) increading the size and number of the output buffers on your Mac MIDI utility? I think those two things will probably solve your problem.
