I did a few a while ago (some may be in the patch collection thingummy, can't recall) but mostly now I use my P3 sequencer ( http://www.colinfraser.com/p3/p3.htm ) to send notes and MIDI controllers with the Evolver simply being triggered. However, now Dave has kindly added the ability to step the sequencer via MIDI notes I have a great addition to my armoury. I do the above and then, for variation in a gig (cos I really would not reprogram the Evo live) I hit start on the sequencer. Notes step it along (so I don't record pitch into it either) and I get a variation in sound on each step according to how I've programmed it. With careful stopping of the sequencer in specific points I therefore get 16 different sound variations available within one patch. Incidentally, that's why it would be far easier if the sequencer added or subtracted its value to the stored values for any parameter - currently I have to know every value I am sequencing so, at some steps, I can get something that sounds as if related to the original patch... OK, rambling now... 8) Paul
