Yea, i know a lot of folks ( previously including myself ) whine about not having precise control over the sounds of sample drums etc. This is one area where i feel using samples gains me the most benifit. I get to use pro produced drum samples and lay down my drum tracks quickly. Alternativly I can sample any number of synth'ed drum sounds from my evolver , monopoly etc and use those. My only gripe with the esx-1 is that when you sample your own sounds with the esx-1 they are very quiet and often unusable. In contrast it has no problem playing back samples from my DAW.... I hear this will be fixed in a software update shortly. Otherwise , I love it. --- In DSI_Evolver@yahoogroups.com, simon leclerc <Simonvolt@v...> wrote: > If i may add something here. > I went the same route as ciscimanvann.
