Thunder is much better used with a polyphonic synth that has lots of direct continuous controller hooks into the sound. It's SO versatile in that way that you have to know what you want to do with it, or it's useless. Does that make sense? Thunders don't always come to hand, and they have good resale value. Depending on what else you have to use it with, you might want to try one out simply because it's mind-expanding. You could set one up to play chords on a PolyEvolver that all make sense within a scale--yummy. So now you need a PolyEvolver too ;-) Just being a bad influence, --Amanda SynthSights! it's not about the gear groups.yahoo.com/group/SynthSights _ www.cikira.com |_) _ _||\/| _ _ ._ www.redmoon-music.com | \(/_(_|| |(_)(_)| | ~~~ evolutionary electronica
