[Evolver] Re: Setting up Edirol PCR-30 for use with evolver?

2004-05-10 by rickyannotta

I have the PCR-50 as well, which claims to support SYSEX messages. I
have no understanding of how SYSEX works, but took a look at the
PCR's editor & Evo's SYSEX commands, in an attempt to create a
control map for the Evolver. Anyway, it really looked like chinese
to me, and I couldn't see how it could work.

Anyway, was I incorrect in my assumption that the PCR could control
the Evo parameters via SYSEX? Sorry if this question is basic for
some!
