Same expierience with Soundtower over here! This company is crap (but i don't think it is a real company, more a one man fake)! Also had the editor for MW and now for the poly-evo and the eVo. I had some questions in the past, but NEVER!!! gat any answer from them. When i recieved my poly last month, i wanted to register and get the returncode to set the software from demo into registered mode. In this case, soundtowers webpage put me allways thru to the shop from D.Smith!!! Unbelievable! I mailed them. No answer. I mailed Dave and recieved the software for both included the codes! So, what's up Soundtower? I think that Dave SMith's Intsruments are high class and that he should not work with Soundtower together anymore. Well, bad, i know, we will loose the editor (i paid also for the Evo-Version), but maybe they can find another, better solution for this. Sorry to say this so directly!
