Same expierience with Soundtower over here!
This company is crap (but i don't think it is a real company, more a
one man fake)!
Also had the editor for MW and now for the poly-evo and the eVo. 
I had some questions in the past, but NEVER!!! gat any answer from them.
When i recieved my poly last month, i wanted to register and get the
returncode to set the software from demo into registered mode. In this
case, soundtowers webpage put me allways thru to the shop from
D.Smith!!! Unbelievable! I mailed them. No answer. I mailed Dave and
recieved the software for both included the codes!
So, what's up Soundtower?
I think that Dave SMith's Intsruments are high class and that he
should not work with Soundtower together anymore. Well, bad, i know,
we will loose the editor (i paid also for the Evo-Version), but maybe
they can find another, better solution for this.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
