Hi all,

I'm currently trying to develop an Evolver module for the free BorgLib 
librarian ( http://www.borgstation.com ).

All is going well, but I've come across some behaviour that is confusing 
me....

If I send program data to the Edit Buffer, it seems that the Clock 
Divide and BPM parameters are not updated dynamically. I can see the 
values change when I send in the new data (so the Evolver has definaely 
recieved the new values), but the sequencers continue to run at the 
previous settings, even if stopped and started again.

I suppose I am writing to you to see if this is normal behaviour. I 
don't have any of the existing software editors to test against, so this 
is my only experience of the problem. Perhaps its a bug in BorgLib 
somewhere. I have Use Prgm Tempo enabled, and I am not receiving any 
midi clock.

I hope I'm just being stupid :)
