Rolls makes an excellent 1u rack 10 stereo mixer
(that's 20 inputs)
Other than that, the small behringers for sub $100
are easy to deal with.

well a decent ultra-small small mixer is PAIA's 8 (mono) In 1 Out
Mixer kit for $50 if you don't mind soldering it together
Also consider used stuff, I got a TOA D-3 which is 1 rack unit high 4
Stereo in 1 stereo channel out with EQ on each channel as well as
some other features for $50 used...can't beat that.... it works great
