I'm not sure what the problem could be. That patch does start out 
with 1 and 2 all the way up, but 3 and 4 are at 0, so you'll have to 
turn them up (as you said you did). The one thing I noticed is that 
both digital OSC's are set to waveforms that sound similar to the 
analog ones, so try this: turn all four OSC's down to 0 and then try 
to turn 3 and/or 4 up one at a time to see if you can hear them - or 
try changing the waveshape after they are turned up.
