Hi everyone,

apologies for the newbie question but I'm stuck and need help.   When 
I try to edit patch 128 bank 2, varying the levels of osc's 2 and 4 
(ie the digital ones) does not do anything ... I only hear osc 1 and 
osc 2 in the output.

I'm sure someone on this board have already gone through this, since 
patch 128/2 is the one recommended as a starting point for creating 
own sounds ... please help.

I'm not sure what the problem could be. That patch does start out 
with 1 and 2 all the way up, but 3 and 4 are at 0, so you'll have to 
turn them up (as you said you did). The one thing I noticed is that 
both digital OSC's are set to waveforms that sound similar to the 
analog ones, so try this: turn all four OSC's down to 0 and then try 
to turn 3 and/or 4 up one at a time to see if you can hear them - or 
try changing the waveshape after they are turned up.
