Yes it would be a great addition to the manual so why not add it yourself!

Here's what I have started doing with a couple of synths that seem to demand
constant manual reference (I just can't seem to memorize the modulation
source/destination mnemonics for the Evolver :-):

1. Take advantage of the generosity of many synth manufacturers to provide
PDF versions of their manual, download and print it out on standard-size
paper.

2. Punch a single hole in the upper left corner.  Use on of the single
binder rings you can buy at any office supply store to bind the pages
together.

This works well, better than the actual manual on a number of fronts.  First
it will easily lay open at the page of interest.  Second it is very easy to
add new pages, such as the for mentioned waveform table.  Third it preserves
the newness of the actual manual which can be a plus if you ever need to
sell or your a collector.

Anyway for the cost of some paper and ink/toner you can have a live,
"breathing" manual where you are free to add whatever.
