After reading other posts here that applauded DSI for being responsive and customer oriented, I gave them a call and actually spoke with Dave Smith. He's shipping me a new voice board today. I feel much better now! I've always bought synths from the monster companies (Roland, Yamaha, etc) with hit & miss tech support that I never bothered calling. Calling DSI and having Dave help me directly was a very cool experience. Getting to tell him that I can't wait to play with his newest creation...priceless :) Dennis --- In DSI_Evolver@yahoogroups.com, "altitude909" <altitude@o...> wrote: > > Well DSI is in St. Helena, so if thats not too far, take it to the > source (or at least call them) > > --- In DSI_Evolver@yahoogroups.com, "notaryandtax" <notaryandtax@y...> > wrote: > > > > Hi all, > > > > I picked up a new PEK yesterday from guitar center in San Jose. > > When I plugged it in the 1st time it got stuck in the boot sequence > > and froze.
