Hi Jim,

Well you've managed to download it so you've got further than me - I 
still can't even download the thing !

My membership to the support group has been approved and other people 
have had the same problem as you. The following is an exerpt from a 
post on the support site - this fixed the problem for Paul and 
resulted in him obtaining a serial key. It seems that the key is NOT 
the subscription number:

"Hi Paul, did you register your copy on the website? You have to
follow the instructions exactly as they are in the email you received
from Tony."
