If the micro sounds too digital and you had a chance to check out the
evolver as well. That ought to say something. I got the poly keyboard. prior to
it's release, I was skeptical as I'm old school and don't care for rack-sizers.
I only wish DSI introduced the board version earlier. As to whether it can do
trance or electro I feel is just a matter of sculpting your sound. This board
has something for all players. depending on your exacting distinction between
trance and electro compare the boards in question and go from there. I think
you'll appreciate the Poly Evolver and its one of them boards that you
keep!!!
