Can you please go into more detail about your patch setup? There are 
entirely too many mod sources available to be able to narrow the 
issue down with your description.

   Please start by answering these questions:
   Is this a new or used unit? What are you controlling it with? What 
patch are you using? Is your controller sending any funky messages?

   Then check your mod sources:
   Filter mod
   FM Levels
   All LFO destinations
   All Mod destinations
   Env 3 destination
   Key Velocity destination
   Mod wheel destination
   Pitch wheel destination
   Filter & Amp Env key velocity routings
   Trigger settings

   Last but not least, and I'm not trying to be rude, did you read the manual?
